  When I first created my own website, everything was done by hand, and it took a lot of time and effort. Each little step I took back then has helped build my confidence today, though some skills I learned are no longer used. Not everything I learned at that time directly feeds into what I do now. Nowadays, there are wonderful services for building websites and online shops, and I am truly grateful for them. The support services are also reliable and reassuring. The platform I use even offers an AI support feature—24-hour chat assistance—which could be very convenient for a shop like mine that serves customers overseas. But I have no intention of using it. I see support as an important way for people to connect with each other. I want to be the one to respond, with care and attention, rather than leaving it to AI. All of my creations are made in a dedicated, smoke-free workspace located in a separate building where no pets are allowed. My cat lives in our home, completely apart from the crafting area, so there is no direct contact between the cat and my handmade items. However, because I do share my home with a cat, those with severe pet allergies should still be aware of this before purchasing.
