  高校生の娘がいるので娘のお弁当と合わせて家族全員分のお弁当を毎朝作ります。 月曜日から金曜日まで。土曜日は娘の分だけ作ることもあります。 家族全員分、というのは夫と姑の分3人分、もしできれば自分の分も作ります I prepare 3 lunch boxes from Monday to Friday, for my daughter, she is a high school student , my hus and my mam in law. I do on Satuday too when my daughter need. And I do for myself when I cook enough. I know that world is big enough and some of you do not like Furikake on cooked rice, which is a dry-souce, not souce but flavours for cooked rice. I usually prepare meat, bloccorris ,  carrot or tomatos. And of course Eggroll. Egg roll is the most popular dish for lunch box. We use the colour, green , red (or orange) and yellow besides brown one (this is usually main dish) 大体はお肉とブロッコリとトマトまたは人参とかで埋めます。それからもちろん卵焼きね。 -Nat
