2025.10.04 占いの勉強 Keeping Refining

ある日はタロットのお勉強。お気に入りのあんちょこ本にメモメモ…って感じです。
わたしがタロットカードという占いを知ったのはたぶん10歳とかだったと思う。もう少し大きかったかな。家の近くの大きな本屋さんで見つけて父に買ってもらった。大アルカナだけのタロットデッキが付録についていて、基本的な占い方とカードの意味が書いてあった。

One day, I was studying Tarot, reading one of my reference books and jotting down notes in my main book.
It reminded me of when I first got my own Tarot deck and book. I was around ten years old… or maybe a little older. I found them at a big local bookstore. The set included 22 Major Arcana cards and a textbook.

My mom didn’t seem very happy about it. 

それを買うとき、母がちょっと反対したのを覚えている。

カルマカード、オラクルカード、ルノルマンカードなどいろいろなカトマンシーがあってどれもそれぞれに好きだけれど、タロットカードは慣れているからなのかやはり使いやすいような気がする。

とくに今よく使っているライダー版は、こういう言い方をするのはちょっと変人ぽくてためらわれるけれど人懐っこい性格で使いやすい

There are many kinds of cartomancy—like Karma Cards, Oracle Cards, and Lenormand Cards—and I love each of them in their own way.
But somehow, Tarot feels the easiest for me to use, maybe because I’m most familiar with it.

Especially the Rider–Waite deck, which I’ve been using for the past few years—it might sound a bit odd to say this—but it feels like it has a friendly, approachable personality, which makes it very comfortable to work with.

最近お迎えした日本神話タロットも気に入っていて、伝統的なタロットカードの見方や読み方と見比べたりしてこれもステップアップだなあと感じる

Recently, I picked up a Tarot deck based on Japanese mythology, and I really like it.
I think it will be a nice step up for me, letting me compare and read it alongside traditional Tarot cards.
