2025.09.28 Sutra 南無阿弥陀仏 NamAmidaButsu

 For some people who is interested in Buddhism, you found so many crans and branches are there in one word of "buddhism" . And there are largely differences betwenn "Daijo" -Mahayana and "Shojo" -Hinayana.
Mahayana "Daijo" means big boat which can contain many passengers. Hinayana, "shojo" means small one, which might be for serious buddhists are able to ride on.

仏教が割と身近にある日本でも多くの人が知っているのかどうか、仏教にはいろんな宗派があって、まず大きくは大乗仏教、小乗仏教とある。
大きな乗り物と小さい乗り物、という意味なのだそうで、大乗仏教は「だれでも」、小乗仏教はもしかすると真面目な信者しか乗れないかもしれない。


南無阿弥陀仏（なむあみだぶつ）というのは、大乗仏教の浄土宗の真言で、この真言をとにかく唱えることで極楽浄土へ行けますよ、という教え。
"Nam Amida Butsu", is a sutra of Daijou, Joudo-shu-cran's. Every people who pray this special sutra, then you can go to the heaven.

The picture is my sutra copying, only "Nam Amida Butsu" . Amida is one of the buddha who offers you the peceful end of your life and maybe throughout peaceufulness with your life generously.
I copied the sutra to flatten my emotion. I was irritated by my family afair.

家のことで苛々してしまって、落ち着きたくて書いてました。

I use the traditional inkstone and inkstick with brushes.
You could find a Japanese traditional Calligraphy brush at my shop.

I am reading " The 12 Kingdoms " by Fuyumi Ono (centre of the picture is that one) My friend in germany will be back to Tokyo this middle of summer and she told me she could fix a lunch with one of her friend from Spanish family.  I'd love to join in. New ponies , Traditional Japanese patterns

I made some ponies and listed. This green one has very traditional patterns fabric covered buttons. Kemai and Seigaiha. Kemai is the pattern you can see on the Shishimai Lion dance.  And the seigaiha , the repeated wave pattern is a symbol of eternal and peace. Green is also a symbol of "ever" in Japan. I listed else, like pinky purple ones, very gentle color, vivid purple and white combination one. What kind of designs you like? Unique traditional one, or modern design, soft color, retro bold design? -Natsu

Chopsticks Fujin Raijin

When you visit to Tokyo, Asakusa Sensouji temple is one of the "must" in your list , I believe. You can see a huge lantern hung on the temple gate.  There are two giant gods are placed there, Fujin a god of wind and Raijin , a god of thunder. I like this motif very much. I made some chopsticks wrap, scrunchies and maybe more in future of course.  I listed some chopsticks on my shop. You will find Fujin Raijin chopsticks and Fujin Raijin Chopsticks wrap too.
