The Red Spider Lily, I like the name of "Lycoris radiata" much more magically.
This flower is always blooming on Autumnal Equinox day. It is really interesting how the flower knows it. There is now mistakes. After a bloody hot summer, or confortable so so hot summer, no matter what the summer is like, the flower blooms on the Autumnal Equinox day. Maybe slightly started earlier or from that day, no later.

That is why we call this flower "Higan - bana", literally "flower of the other world""the land of dead"
暑い夏でも、冷夏と言われる夏でもかならずお彼岸に咲く。
だから彼岸花なわけだけど。
英語だと、赤い蜘蛛の花、と読んだりするそうだ。それっぽい。
ラジアータ・リコリス、という名前のほうが魔法薬っぽくて個人的には好み。
鬼滅の刃」のOPとEDでこの花が咲いている。

This flower is important in the story.
