Spring 7 herbs porridge
It's 7th Jan, I cooked porridge with 7 spring herbs.
I cooked it with sesame oil and chicken taste powder , it become like Chinese porridge and tasted very good.
But I cooked this as Japanese traditional one with salt only.
But I cooked this as Japanese traditional one with salt only.
Not bad.
We could get 7 herb packs at supermarket. Cut them all and put the porridge. I like the porridge cooked from uncooked rice. But you can cook this from cooked rice, gohan, it helps preparation time shorter.
